Thanks for your publication on this weblog. From my personal experience, often times softening upward a photograph may provide the photographer with a bit of an artsy flare. More often than not however, that soft blur isn’t what exactly you had planned and can quite often spoil a normally good photograph, especially if you intend on enlarging it.
